TAGDev 2.0 Launch Event at Africa University, Zimbabwe, 8 May 2025

The management and community at Africa University will host the official launch of the TAGDev 2.0 (Transforming African Agricultural Universities to Meaningfully Contribute to Africa’s Growth and Development Phase 2.0) program, themed “Nurturing Inclusive Entrepreneurship for Youth Empowerment”, on May 8th, 2025, in Mutare, Zimbabwe. This event aims to inform stakeholders about the activities of TAGDev 2.0 and engage in constructive discussions to ensure its successful implementation. The event will feature a keynote address from the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education, Innovation, Science, and Technology Development, followed by a panel discussion with high-profile industry professionals

The TAGDev 2.0 program is dedicated to cultivating a new generation of skilled African youth equipped to address developmental challenges, utilizing science, technology, business, and innovation to revolutionize sustainable agri-food systems and entrepreneurship.
