RUFORUM Announces Change of Venue for the 22nd Annual General Meeting

Lusaka, Zambia, 18^th August 2026 — The Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture (RUFORUM) wishes to inform its member universities, partners, delegates and stakeholders of a change in venue for the forthcoming RUFORUM Annual General Meeting (AGM) themed “Translating higher agricultural education, innovation, and research into action for Africa’s agricultural transformation and development.”

The AGM, which was initially scheduled to take place in Livingstone, Zambia, will now be held in Lusaka, Zambia, at the Mulungushi International Conference Centre from 30^th November – 4^th December 2026.

The change in venue has been made to facilitate effective planning and coordination of the meeting and to ensure a suitable environment for delegates and stakeholders participating in the AGM.

RUFORUM appreciates the continued support and cooperation of its members, partners and stakeholders as preparations for the AGM continue.

All delegates and invited participants are therefore requested to take note of the change and make the necessary arrangements to attend the AGM at the new venue: Mulungushi International Conference Centre Lusaka, Zambia.
