CONDOLENCE MESSAGE ON THE PASSING OF THE DIRECTOR OF STUDENT AFFAIRS, UGANDA CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY
It is with deep sadness that the RUFORUM Secretariat learnt about the passing of Ms. Pamela Tumwebaze, the Director of Student Affairs at our member university – Uganda Christian University.
